1. Directories → Warehouse → Operation Types
Create a new operation called FA Revaluation with the required settings and corresponding accounts. Click the “Save” button.

2. Reference book → Item Cards → Items
Create a product card with the attribute “Goods.” Click the “Save” button.

3. Warehouse → Purchases
Register a document. Select the operation you created in step 1, set the client as your own company, and enter the date on which you want to register the revaluation. In the product line, select the product created in step 2, specify one unit, and enter the amount by which you want to decrease the fixed asset value. After registering the document, save it and check whether the corresponding accounts appeared after saving.

4. Assets → Fixed Assets → Fixed Asset
Open the fixed asset card whose value you want to decrease. In the “Modernization” tab, click “+” and enter the date on which you want to register the modernization. Click “+” again — when a new green line appears, click the pencil icon and select from the product list the item you registered in step 3. Enter the amount with a minus sign to reduce the asset’s value by that amount. After selecting the product, the system will return you to the main modernization window. Be sure to click the “Save changes” button above the item to confirm the amount. After filling in all information, save it by clicking the “Save” button at the bottom.
Note: After completing these operations, verify that the fixed asset value has decreased. If the system does not allow you to register this entry and displays the error “Action not possible because there are later depreciations,” go to the “Depreciation” window and delete the amortization. Then repeat step 3.

5. GL → General Journal
Generate the General Ledger and verify whether there are any remaining entries that need to be closed. Register correcting entries through this module if there are remaining amounts in the debit or credit of the GL. Click the “Add D entry” or “Add K entry” button. You can use your own company as the client. After registering all entries, check how the changes are reflected in the General Ledger.
