Order data is automatically synchronized with Site.pro, making your work easier. You only need to activate the integration by following the steps provided in the instructions. Create operations Link newly created operations with a series Create service cards Download the plugin and install it in the e-shop administration module: Plugins → Add Plugin → Site.pro In the e-shop (WooCommerce) administration panel, in the “Plugins” module, click “Add Plugin”. Then enter Site.pro in the search field. After finding Site.pro, click “Install Now” and install the plugin. Configure the e-shop parameters and connect Site.pro with WooCommerce: Set the initial parameters in the Site.pro program. Settings → Integrations → API. After entering the module, click the green button “ Add service”. In the opened window, fill in the required fields. General settings “Name” – the name “API1” will be set automatically, but you can change it to a name that is more convenient for you. For example: change it to WooCommerce1. Configure accounting settings COD tax position — works only on the WooCommerce platform using the “WooCommerce Smart COD” plugin. Include payer information in the Sales document — select this if you want the payer to be displayed in the sales invoice in the “Payer” field. Select if customer VAT code retrieval from the e-shop is configured — if selected, VAT payer settings will be applied if the customer has a VAT payer code. “Used product/service attributes” — select which product attributes you will use. Click the required product/service attribute on the right or click “Move all”, and the entries will be moved to the left. They will be marked with a green check mark. Configure VAT rates Configure initial parameters in the WooCommerce store. It is very important to pay attention to the settings. They determine which data will be updated in Site.pro/the e-shop. WooCommerce → Site.pro → Settings Set the field values: E-shop ID: an identification number that is generated automatically. It does not need to be changed. You can use it to identify orders in the Site.pro program in the Warehouse → E-commerce module. Sync orders from: specify the date from which orders will be generated from the e-shop to the Site.pro program. There are no date restrictions. Sync Site.pro quantities with e-shop: select “Yes” if you want product stock quantities to be updated from the Site.pro program to the e-shop during the order process.* Try to write-off: select “Yes” if you want the product to be written off in the Site.pro program when an order arrives. This will happen automatically if the product is available in the warehouse and the product codes are linked.* Try to sync-price: select “Yes” if you want the product price in the Site.pro program to be automatically synchronized with the product in the e-shop. The synchronization depends on the e-shop settings and whether the price is configured with VAT or without VAT (WooCommerce > Settings > Tax). Try to sync-name: select “Yes” if you want product names to be updated from the Site.pro program to the e-shop during product synchronization.* Try to sync invoices number and series: select “Yes” if you want the invoice numbering during order creation to be taken from the e-shop. Fill in the remaining fields in the e-shop according to the information provided in the Site.pro program: API key: enter the API key code. It can be obtained from the Site.pro program: Settings → API field “API key”; Private key: enter the API key password. It can be obtained from the Site.pro program: Settings → API field “API password”; Access key: the access key is automatically generated in the e-shop. This key is required for security purposes. Do not modify it. Note: In order for all configured parameters in the e-shop to work and Site.pro products to be updated, the e-shop product SKU code must match the Site.pro product code: Dictionaries → Products → Product cards product field “Code”. Product card import into the Site.pro program is performed on the right side of the screen by clicking the button “Import products to Site.pro (BETA)” To link e-shop product cards with the Site.pro accounting program, you can select product card import. Attribute (product attribute): select in the field which product attribute you want to use for importing product cards. Measurement (unit of measurement): select in the field which product measurement unit you want to use for importing product cards. After filling in the fields, click “Update” and then click the “Run” button. Only product cards containing a code will be uploaded to the Site.pro program. Link Site.pro and WooCommerce products: Dictionaries → Product cards → Products Link Site.pro products with WooCommerce store products by entering the SKU product code from the WooCommerce store into the “Code” field of the product card in the Site.pro system. The code can consist of up to 60 digits. A short video explaining how to do this can be found here. Note. If product cards are linked in both Site.pro and WooCommerce systems, after creating the second entry, i.e. the warehouse write-off document, the product will be written off. Run commands in the e-shop Synchronize data: Only orders with the status “Completed” are synchronized from the WooCommerce e-shop to the Site.pro system. Orders synchronized from the WooCommerce store to Site.pro arrive in the modules: Warehouse → E-commerce If the entry is marked in grey, it means the order has been processed, i.e. the product has been written off from the warehouse. If the entry has a white background, the product has not been written off. This action can be performed manually. You can see which entries have been registered in the Site.pro system in the “Accounting information” card. “Sales document series and number” – displays the sales document that will be registered in accounting. “Write-off document series and number” – displays the sales document that will be registered in accounting. Generated documents are registered in the modules: Warehouse → Sales In the module with correction invoices. After clicking the “View” button, the program opens the document located in the “Warehouse” module. In the “Warehouse balances” section, by selecting a product item, you can see the stock quantities of products available in the warehouse. If an entry is displayed in the “Warehouse balances” section, it means the product has not been written off. A short video explaining how to connect WooCommerce with Site.pro can be found here.
