When is there a fee for reviewing an assignment?

Task investigation is chargeable when:

  1. Site.pro has carried out the task investigation;
  2. The cause of the error was found to be (one of the following):
    • incorrectly entered client data;
    • modification of the standard integration on the client’s side;
    • the integration was implemented not according to the rules and recommendations.

If during the investigation it is found that the issue is classified as an error on the Site.pro side, the task investigation is free of charge and the client receives an additional €50 balance.
If the client refuses to accept the task investigation rules, their request will no longer be investigated and will be moved to the "Closed" status.

NOTE: Before starting the investigation of a submitted request, the balance must be at least equal to the price for 1 hour of examination.
