What is a Expert trial plan?

The Trial period allows you to use the program free of charge and test its functionality for up to 30 days.

1. With the “Trial” plan you get:
• Use of the program for 30 days free of charge.
• All features of the Expert plan.
• Assistance with using the program (provided in the Consultation section).
2. Limitations of the Expert Trial plan:
• Users cannot transfer a company to another user while this plan is active.
• No more than 15 databases can be created per day.
3. Who can get the Trial plan?
• All newly registered users (accounting for companies or individual activity) who have successfully completed registration and created a company database.
• New users invited to a company created by a “Trial” user.
• Users invited by a Partner plan holder to a new (trial) company database.
4. What is a trial database?

A new trial database is considered when:

• The database owner has a “Partner” or “Expert Trial” plan.
• The database has never had a paid user.
• The database is created completely new or using the template “Based on a previous company”, but contains no data.
5. How is the trial period calculated for a database?
• The Trial plan is activated automatically after successful registration in the system.
• For a user with a Partner plan, from the moment the database is created.
• Partner plan users can assign a trial plan to a new user if the database meets the conditions specified in point 4.
6. What happens if I invite a user who already has a trial period?
• The remaining free time of the shortest trial database will be applied.
• The Trial plan duration may be shortened.
• If multiple invitations are accepted, the remaining free period will adjust based on the company with the fewest remaining free days.
Note. There is no limit on invitations, so you can invite an unlimited number of new users to a trial company.
