How to top up the balance of the company?

The balance in the Site.pro program is the amount of money (EUR excluding VAT) added to the company, from which user plans, database fees, and additional services are paid after the top-up. The company’s balance is visible in the top bar.

1. You can top up the balance in two ways:
• Click “Balance” in the black toolbar at the top of the screen.

• In your account, expand the toolbar next to the desired company and click “Company SP balance top-up”.

2. Select a company — if you have more than one company in your account, choose the company whose balance (virtual wallet) you want to top up.
3. Top-up — in the table, choose a suggested amount or enter your own balance top-up amount. Please note that the balance top-up amount is indicated in euros excluding VAT (i.e. the payable amount is 60.50 EUR including VAT, while the company balance (virtual wallet) is topped up with 50 EUR). The balance can be topped up with a custom amount by entering it in the field Enter your amount. The company balance can be topped up with a minimum amount of 50 EUR.
4. Proforma invoice – the user fills in the details required to generate a proforma invoice. This invoice will be issued to a natural or legal person, and after the payment is made, a VAT invoice will be generated using the same details.

5. In the next step, the user is informed about the procedure of crediting funds and can either pay the proforma invoice immediately by selecting “Pay now” or download the proforma invoice for payment.
Note. When paying the invoice, it is necessary to accurately specify the payment purpose (the proforma invoice number).

6. Once the payment is completed and credited in the Site.pro system, the company balance is automatically topped up, and the user can see the new balance in their account, for example:
