How to register a sale document?

To enter a sales document, go to: Warehouse → Sales
  1. Click "" to start entering a sale:

  2. Sales registration:
    • Select the “Warehouse” by clicking the pencil icon:

    • In the opened window, select the appropriate “Warehouse” by clicking the “” icon

    • Select the appropriate “Operation Type” by clicking the pencil icon:

    • In the opened window, select the correct option from the list:

  3. Fill in the “Customer” field.
    • If the customer is new, create a “Buyer” card by clicking the “” icon:

    • To create the card, click “”

    • Fill in the available information. Also fill in the address if it is known by clicking the “Addresses, branches” tab.
    • After filling in the fields, click “Save and Select”.

  4. Register the sale of items/services.
    • Click “” to add items/services.

    • Select the item/service card to register the sale.

    • In the opened window, select the appropriate position from the list.

    • Fill in the quantity and price of the item/service being sold.

    • If only one item is sold, click “Save” Save sales button , if more than one different item is sold, then click “Save and Create New” Save and create new position .
  5. Click “Save” to save the document.

  6. The sales document can be printed.

  7. Or send it directly to the customer from the program.
