Order data is automatically synchronized with Site.pro to simplify your work. You only need to activate the integration by following the steps below:

1. Create operations
2. Link newly created operations with a series
3. Create service cards
4. Configure the e-shop settings and activate the connection to eBay.
Settings → Integrations → eBay

Click the “” button “Order service”. In the window that opens, fill in the required fields marked with a red asterisk:

• Name – “eBay1” is assigned automatically, but you can edit it.
• “Import only orders where the seller email is” – optional field. This is an additional restriction if you have multiple emails linked to one eBay account. After entering an email address, only sales linked to that email will be imported.
• “Sync orders from” and “Accounting calculated from” – set the date from which you want to synchronize data. Both fields must be filled in.
• “Next synchronization” — the date of the next synchronization.
• “Access validity period” — the time until access to the eBay platform is valid; the same validity applies to the eBay key.
  Note. To speed up synchronization, click the “Get data” button at the top. We recommend not clicking this button frequently, as the eBay server may temporarily block access.
  
• Sales operation for EU private individuals — used when the company is registered in the OSS system and sales to EU private individuals must be separated.
• Apply the highest VAT rate from order data — when goods are subject to the customer’s country VAT rate, and delivery and discounts are 0%. The function automatically applies the highest VAT rate to all invoice lines.

• “Used VAT rates”: click the “ Import VAT rates” button and fill in the fields. The VAT rates specified in the “VAT rate import” table will be generated for the corresponding country. Required VAT rate settings:
  • VAT payer (EU);
  • Non-VAT payer (EU);
  • Other (non-EU);
  Click “+ Import”.
  
Note. If you have been assigned an additional VAT number and are entitled to sell with a different VAT rate, specify this in the settings for the relevant country by entering the additional VAT rates used.
• After specifying all parameters, click the “Save” button at the top.
• In the displayed table, click the “Proceed and confirm” button.
  
• The system will redirect you to the eBay platform. Log in to eBay and click “Agree”.
• The system will return you to Site.pro. Click “Save”.

5. Link Site.pro and eBay products:

   Directories → Product cards → Products

   • Link Site.pro products with eBay store products, i.e. enter the SKU product code from eBay into the “Code” field of the Site.pro product card. This code can consist of up to 60 digits.
   • In the eBay account, the value from the “Code” field must be specified by selecting the “Custom Label” checkbox (My eBay → Listings):
     
   • If you do not see the “Custom Label” column, click the “Customize” link, check “Custom Label”, and then click “Save”.
     
   Note. If product cards are linked in Site.pro and eBay, when the second record (warehouse write-off document) is created, the product will be written off.

6. Configure the required settings for importing payments from eBay (eBay Managed Payments).
GL → Chart of Accounts

Create correspondent accounts for each currency.

Create a client: Clients → Clients → Create client “eBay Managed Payments”.



Configure data exchange: Settings → Configuration → Data exchange → “Payment settings”.
