    How to choose the VAT rate for a specific country in my e-shop?

    Steps to import VAT rates:

    1. In the opened settings window, click the function “Import VAT rates”:

    3. The system automatically imports rates for all countries according to your selected parameters. If adjustments are needed, find the country, click the pencil icon “” next to it, and select the required VAT:

    Note: If Pigu.lt provides a specific VAT rate (e.g., 21%), the Site.pro system will use that exact rate and it will be applied in the document. If the VAT rate is not provided, the rate set in the system will be used.
