How to change user plan?

1. The user can see their current plan in the top menu bar.

   To change the plan, click on the plan name and:

   • Select the plan;
   • Choose the company from which the plan fee will be deducted;
   • Click "Change Plan".

   Note: Make sure there is a sufficient balance in the selected company’s account (if the user manages multiple companies, at least one of them must have enough balance).

   

2. You can change the user’s plan in your account.

Go to Account → Companies and Users,
Select the company and click the blue pencil icon “Edit selected record.” Find the user whose plan you want to change and click the pencil icon next to their name.
Choose the plan from the list.

Notes:

• A user can upgrade their current plan to a higher one (e.g., from Minimal to Expert) at any time.
• Downgrading to a lower plan (e.g., from Expert to Minimal) is only possible after 30 days.
• The user agrees to receive emails about program updates, system notifications, and promotions.
• Site.pro reserves the right to change terms and plan prices.
