How to activate the declaration generation robot?
The declaration generation robot automatically generates selected declarations for chosen companies. The robot supports SAM, FR0564, FR0600 V3, and GPM313 declarations. Declarations can be generated or additionally sent to the Sodra or EDS system. Steps to activate the robot: To submit Sodra declarations, enter the social insurance policyholder code in the company settings Parameters → Settings → Declarations. Go to Account → Robots.Press + on the green Create new record button.In the Robot type section, select Declaration generation robot.In the "Companies" field, select the companies for which to generate declarations.Select the declaration type: SAM, FR0564, FR0600 V3, or GPM313.To generate declarations, leave the Generate option selected.If you want to send declarations to Sodra or EDS, additionally check Send to Sodra or Send to EDS. This option is only available for a monthly period.If you selected sending, configure login details: SAM — Sodra system, FR0564, FR0600 V3, GPM313 — EDS system. Login settings can be found in Account → My Data → Settings.Press Save. After activation, the robot automatically generates declarations according to the set schedule and, if specified, sends them to Sodra or EDS. Note. Sending to Sodra or EDS is only possible when the period is the previous month. If another period is selected, declarations are only generated. Note. Robot module permissions are automatically assigned to: database owner, users with the „Manager“ permission set, or users with a custom permission set that includes access to robots.

How to activate the declaration generation robot?

Steps to activate the robot:

  1. To submit Sodra declarations, enter the social insurance policyholder code in the company settings Parameters → Settings → Declarations.

  2. Go to Account → Robots.
  3. Press + on the green Create new record button.
  4. In the Robot type section, select Declaration generation robot.
  5. In the "Companies" field, select the companies for which to generate declarations.
  6. Select the declaration type: SAM, FR0564, FR0600 V3, or GPM313.
  7. To generate declarations, leave the Generate option selected.
  8. If you want to send declarations to Sodra or EDS, additionally check Send to Sodra or Send to EDS. This option is only available for a monthly period.
  9. If you selected sending, configure login details: SAM — Sodra system, FR0564, FR0600 V3, GPM313 — EDS system. Login settings can be found in Account → My Data → Settings.
  10. Press Save.

After activation, the robot automatically generates declarations according to the set schedule and, if specified, sends them to Sodra or EDS.

Note. Sending to Sodra or EDS is only possible when the period is the previous month. If another period is selected, declarations are only generated.
