How do I get a PayPal bank statement?

Export data from your PayPal account following these instructions:

  1. Go to “Reports” and select “Activity download.”
  2. Choose “All transactions,” set the desired statement period, and select CSV format.
  3. Click “Create Report.”
  4. Once the file is generated, you can download it to your computer by clicking “Download.”

In Site.pro, select the company for which you want to import PayPal data, then go to Bank → Statement Import.

Click Button to add or create new statement , in the Bank field select PayPal (*.CSV), then Drag or Click to choose the file you downloaded from PayPal, and click Add to queue and process.

While the file is being processed, the table will show the status “Processing.” When the status changes to “Processed,” you can open the file to set up all currency-related accounting accounts and click “Save” (repeat this for each currency). Then you can “Import” the entire file into the Bank module.
