Data selection for i.MAS Smart Tax Administration System in .XML format — i.SAF, i.VAZ, SAF-T

i.VAZ

Electronic cargo waybill details are entered in the module: consignor, consignee, carrier, vehicles, drivers, goods, packaging, transport charges, and dangerous goods. The waybill can be entered in two ways:

Manually by filling in the required information;
Based on a sales invoice by selecting “Generate waybill”.

After completing the information, an XML file can be generated and submitted to VMI. Reports can also be generated in PDF, Excel, or DOC formats.

i.SAF

The program can generate a register of i.SAF invoices by types:

Inovices receivable;
Invoices payable.

Invoices are selected for the register according to the attribute assigned to the transaction type. The generated report can be viewed and, if necessary, the amount and VAT can be adjusted, as well as the uploaded entry can be deleted.

SAF-T

The module is designed to generate the SAF-T (standardised accounting data XML file) required by VMI. After setting the required parameters and linking the chart of accounts with SAF-T classifiers, the data file is generated automatically.

The SAF-T file is generated for the selected period and can be submitted to VMI in XML format. This functionality is available for users with the “Expert” or “Partner” plan.

i.EKA

Users of smart electronic cash registers must periodically submit operations recorded by the cash register and fiscal data to the tax administrator (VMI).

Fiscal data is automatically transmitted from the cash register to the VMI i.EKA subsystem, while the data required for accounting is transferred to the accounting program. All cash register users will be required to submit fiscal data starting from May 1, 2025.
