The module allows you to easily and conveniently upload important documents to the program.

  • Select and upload one or multiple files;
  • Edit document data;
  • View uploaded documents.

This allows you to conveniently store and manage documents in the program’s file storage.

Sending by E-mail

Documents can be uploaded to the program by sending them to a unique system e-mail address from your e-mail account. Documents can be sent in various formats, such as: .zip, .txt, .jpeg, .png, .svg, .xml, .xls, .xlsx, .doc, .docx, .csv, .mp4, etc.

The sent files are automatically stored in the file storage, and the user is notified by e-mail about the document upload status.

Receiving documents from suppliers

Receiving From Suppliers

Possibility to receive documents from unregistered customers or suppliers directly to the company’s file storage.

  • Specify the supplier for receiving documents;
  • Provide the supplier with the company’s unique e-mail address;
  • Automatically receive documents in the file storage.

The number of suppliers who can send documents is not limited.

Sending from Program

By E-mail

Registered users can send documents by e-mail using a unique system e-mail address or directly from the program.

Sales invoices can be sent from the “Sales” module together with additional files stored in the file storage. When sending, users can select the invoice template, add document attachments, and send them to the customer by e-mail.

Directly to another company

The functionality allows users to send documents from the Sales module (sales, write-offs) directly to another company’s database in the Site.pro program.

The sent documents are automatically stored in the selected company’s file storage. Documents can only be sent to a company the user has access to.

Transfer Within Program

To the Сompany's Accounting Record

The functionality allows transferring documents uploaded to the file storage to an already registered accounting record.

  • To records in the "Sales" module;
  • To records in the "Purchases" module;
  • To records in the "Documents" module.

After the transfer, the documents are stored with the selected record and can be viewed at any time.

To Another Company's File Storage

The functionality allows transferring files from one user’s file storage to another company’s file storage in the Site.pro program.

After the transfer, the documents are automatically stored in the selected company’s file storage. Documents can only be transferred to a company the user has access to.
