How to turn on automatic reply?

An automatic reply is a feature that sends pre-written responses to all incoming email messages. It's like an instant message that lets them know you're away and when they can expect to hear back from you.Let's say you're going on a vacation for a week. You can set up auto-reply to say, "Hello, I'm currently out of town and won't be checking my email. I'll get back to you as soon as I can when I return." How to add an auto reply for emails:

  1. Open My Websites;
  2. Click on "Webmail" button next to your email;
  3. Navigate to email admin https://webmail.site.pro/admin/user/settings;
  4. On left sidebar, select "Auto-reply";
  5. Mark "Enable automatic reply" checkbox;
  6. Compose a message subject and body of your text for automatic replies;
  7. Define a start and end date for when automatic response should activate and stop sending;
  8. Click "Update" button.
