I received "Subscription canceled" notice, but I didn’t cancel my subscriptions

On April 29th 2025 Site.pro encountered a technical issue, which led to automatic cancellation of some subscriptions.

At the moment all paid subscriptions remain active and no services are interrupted.

The subscriptions will remain active until the current paid period expires.

In some cases, the subscriptions may not extend automatically.

You can extend your subscription at any time under your Site.pro account at https://site.pro/My-Websites/:

Click on the button "Extend"

After this, the automated subscription extension will be applied again.
