    How to register a purchase document?

    Warehouse → Purchases

    1. Click "+" to enter a purchase.

    1. Purchase Registration:
      2.1 Select "Warehouse" by clicking the pencil icon.
      2.2 In the opened window, select the "Warehouse" by clicking the icon.
    2. Select the appropriate "Operation Type" by clicking the pencil icon.

    3.1 In the opened window, select the appropriate option.
    4. Fill in the "Supplier" field.
    5. Specify the document series and number.
    6. Register the purchased goods/services:
    6.1 Create a product/service card:
    6.2 In the opened window, click
    6.3 Fill in the product/service name, attribute, and unit of measurement.
    6.4 After filling in the fields, click "Save and Select."
    6.5 Fill in the quantity and price of the purchased product/service.

    6.6 If only one item was purchased, click "Save." If more than one different product was purchased, click "Save and Create New."

    7. Verify that the total data matches the purchase document.
