1. General ledger → Chart of Accounts
Create a separate cor. account for recording rounding differences, for example:

The cor. account is used (and created) according to your accounting policy and in the selected chart of accounts class. You can use accounts from class 2 or 4, and at year-end, reclassify to class 5 or 6 depending on the result.

2. Settings → Settings → Accounting
Assign the required contra account in the field:
“Corresponding account for recording purchase rounding amounts in the general journal” and save the changes:

3. Purchase Registration:
3.1 To register a purchase, use a purchase operation type that includes the option: “Advance contra account.”
If necessary, create a new operation type via: Reference book → Warehouse → Operation Types

3.2 Warehouse → Purchases
Register the purchase as usual, but in the additional field "Rounding amount", enter the rounding value as it appears on the receipt.

Note: The examples shown in the instructions use sample contra accounts from the chart of accounts. To ensure accuracy, we recommend using contra accounts according to your company’s approved chart of accounts and accounting policy.
