All listed declarations can be sent directly by users to the company’s Sodra or VMI account. This allows you to quickly and conveniently generate and submit declarations directly from the program.

Information

The module is designed to connect corresponding accounts with VMI declaration attributes and FR report items, ensuring that declarations are generated correctly and that the relevant accounting entries are automatically selected for the declaration fields.

In the module, you can link accounts with declaration fields, adjust existing links, or create new attributes. After completing the linking, declarations can be generated in the “Generate declarations” module.

Information

The module is designed to generate invoice and consignment note registers required by the State Tax Inspectorate (VMI), which are submitted through the i.MAS system. The generated registers can be submitted to the following i.MAS subsystems:

The registers are generated based on the accounting data available in the program and can be submitted in the format required by VMI.

Information

In the module, accounting for packages and/or products is performed by filling in product cards, the packaging registry, and assigning classifiers in purchase and sales records. The system also automatically checks whether all required data has been entered.

Based on the entered data, the program generates a GPAIS report file containing information about packages and products. This file can be uploaded directly to the GPAIS system.
